Whatever your needs are I will customize a strategy and lay out step by step instructions to attain your goals. Peptide & PED protocols, Diagnostic Interpretation, Supplement and nutrition guidance, Psychological alignment, trauma integration, we can also use our coaching time to work toward doing a Plant Medicine Ceremony or detoxification protocols to get healthy. I work with troubled teens to world class athletes to single older women dealing with cancer, and everything in between.
