author of The Indigo Flame and The Biohackers Guide to Spiritual Bodybuilding, my path and philosophy is that of Spiritual Bodybuilding. I am a
guide for men who are ready to rise in strength, truth, and sovereignty.
My work exists at the crossroads of the physical and the spiritual.
I’ve spent years in the gym, in the shadows of my own wounds,
