Postural Assessment

Service Description

Using a vibro-acoustic sound table, I will assess your range of motion in all areas of the body, identify any limitation of note and put together a complete recommended protocol for you. We will identify: Imbalances in your CNS, vagal tone, fascial restrictions, cortisol dominance, and through intuitive practices I will identify how much of your imbalance is emotional or physiological. This information can be used to: optimize and restructure your workout regiment, prevent possible injury or recover faster from a previous injury, bring awareness to parts of your body you have likely forgotten about.
